Following an exciting internal promotion and reporting to our Senior Manager Organisational Development, get ready to takeoff in this 12 month fixed term opportunity available in the role of Organisational Development Coordinator. Working closely with your OD colleagues and broader HR community, youโll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure our training programs, OD initiatives and leadership development activities run smoothly and leave a lasting impact.

My work is very project based, but sometimes I do tend to get involved in a lot of administrative tasks. On occasion, depending on work that comes my way, I may be out at the airport. However most of time is spent at the office.
Day to day activities are constantly changing, this forces me to learn new skills and meet new people every day. There is no typical day at Jetstar!
