Your role

Responsibilities

• Contribute to HR initiatives supporting Qantas' growth and success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement people strategies.
• Participate in a two-year rotational program at the Mascot Campus.
• Work in areas like Employee Relations, Inclusion & Diversity, and HR Business Partnering.
• Engage in projects promoting a diverse workforce and enhancing the employee lifecycle.

About you

Qualifications

• Final year of study or recent completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or similar.
• A credit average or above.
• Ability to start full-time employment in August 2025 or February 2026.
• Permanent Residency or Australian/NZ citizenship.
