Fleet Assistant (Makati City) null

The Role

As a Fleet Assistant, you are responsible in providing support to the Fleet Officer in securing 100% availability and road worthiness of all booked units by monitoring PMS Plan, renewal of ORCR, securing Insurance and other documents that our client needs. You will also maintain good client relations by processing payments and billings and securing on-time payments.

How you'll contribute

• Safe keeping of Hard and Soft copy of documents (ORCR, Deed of Sale, Invoice, PO, etc.), monitoring and updating of details.(movement, status etc.)
• Handles client’s booking and prepares paper works such as Certifications, Authorization, Deed of Sale, etc. and assist with customer request.
• Coordinate/Assist in Renewal of LTO Registration, Insurance Claims, procurement of vehicles, etc.
• Processing of Billings and monitor from billing to payment ensuring right on time payments
• Streamlining current process for faster and efficient service

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business related course
• Organized and with good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable with Fleet Management / Asset Management / Fleet Maintenance
• Driver's license and ability to drive are required
